This attorney & his staff is very unprofessional & they do not care about their clients! My family paid a retainer fee of $2500 online and never heard from Mr Noel again! It has been months since he responded back! His staff can not get in contact with him and now we are forced to take legal action. This is was very unexpected because my family communicated with Mr Noel up until payment was made! PLEASE BEWARE!
