Noel and Darcy are excellent to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions quickly, and worked with me to get the right loan for me. There were some problems with closing on my new home due to the seller, and Noel was flexible and able to help me keep my rate and estimated payments the same despite the loan closing later than initially planned.
The Smith team at Cross Country mortgage did a fantastic job. It was so easy working with them. They had so much patience, and the knowledge of what I needed to do next at every step. CrossCountry Mortgage was a pleasure to work with. Communication is great. Noel does sure a great job a describing exactly the options you have when setting up your mortgauge loan. As a small business owner sometimes securing a home loan is frustrating and very time consuming however Noel streamlined the process and made it pretty straightforward. Noel helped us with our refinance and we had a fantastic experience. He was very helpful every step of the way. He kept in good contact with us without it feeling like badgering. He explained what was happening the whole time, what to expect, and answered all of our many questions.
