I can see why this business has its current rating. We were just driving down Jefferson avenue in Newport News when vehicle 116 side swiped our vehicle switching lanes without looking. We popped our hazards and got out to check the damage and since we were all in the middle of the road, arranged to meet elsewhere. This company is not dependable at all. When you call them they will tell you a whole lot of what the drivers say which is not true about what you said. My son is late to his appointments every day.

disappointing experience with this business on three occasions . The customer service was extremely unprofessional — communication was poor, responses were delayed or nonexistent, and when I did get a reply, it wasn’t helpful or professional at all. It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t seem to value its customers or take responsibility for resolving issues. Why am I not surprised to see any reviews above a one star. That's because of the horrible service this company gives. Out on I-664 today and one of the drivers is going as slow as he can in the far left lane holding up traffic (black van #8). The only time he speeds up was when trying to go around him. I can't believe anyone would put their trust in having these Road Ragers Drive their families around. They don't abide by the law and they don't care about their passengers.
