This company is not dependable at all. When you call them they will tell you a whole lot of what the drivers say which is not true about what you said. My son is late to his appointments every day.

disappointing experience with this business on three occasions . The customer service was extremely unprofessional — communication was poor, responses were delayed or nonexistent, and when I did get a reply, it wasn’t helpful or professional at all. It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t seem to value its customers or take responsibility for resolving issues. Why am I not surprised to see any reviews above a one star. That's because of the horrible service this company gives. Out on I-664 today and one of the drivers is going as slow as he can in the far left lane holding up traffic (black van #8). The only time he speeds up was when trying to go around him. I can't believe anyone would put their trust in having these Road Ragers Drive their families around. They don't abide by the law and they don't care about their passengers.

I’ve never written a review about anyplace or thing ever. But this place here needs to be shut down. The driver held a wonderful conversation and told me to call her when I’m ready. I did all that and she never came her and the company were hard to get in touch with and just altogether lazy and showed no professionalism. I had to use my own money to get back home because I was waiting for 2 hrs after my appointment was over and my phone was dying.
