Scheduled a ride and then the lady gonna tell she doesn't see my name but it clearly has ride confirmed and their number on the app. The lady was rude and kept hanging up on me!

I really enjoyed my driver today. We had good conversation and she was super nice. Unfortunately there is no driver in the world that could make riding with this company worth it. The van was the most disgusting transportation vehicle I have EVER set foot in.🤢🤮 It smelled like animals and piss. The windows don’t roll down either. So never mind getting fresh air. This company is the absolute worst! Now, note that they have picked me up before. However, I had an 8:00 am appointment today and no one called to say that they were on their way and it was already after 7:00 am. Therefore, I called transportation to find out why?! Transportation staff called them and they claimed that they were on their way! Lied! Long story short. I ended up calling 5 different times and they told 5 different lies! 1). I called trying to get a taxi to go to the airport four hours in advance and before I could even finish my sentence all I heard was "where you going? no taxi" and was hung up on. I can't believe this place is actually partnered with the airport, terrible service all around, better off hitchhiking.
