I can’t wait to close my account here. Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing. AT ALL COSTS DO NOT BANK HERE! Every single time I’ve needed them the most they let me down.
In other words... **** service, very stuck up... not the way to do banking, it's not your $$$.
Update: Everyone at the Platte City location has been amazing!! Shout out to Jessica in customer service and Ryan the manager. I ran into an issue with my acct and they both provided outstanding customer service.
I love this bank! They are so helpful and easy to bank with.
