I absolutely love this bank! Holly is so helpful and is always so quick! I always know that any issue of question I have will be taken care of! I recommend this bank 100%
This Bank has the worst cybersecurity and customer service available in the area. Account was hacked the hacker was able to manipulate the agent at the Smithville location and make it worse been here 25 years but had to leave. Please avoid if possible. Very sad.
