Constant issues with their cards & fraud detection system. At least once per day my card is getting declined, followed by a text or call asking if it was legit. The bank can not figure out why it is happening, we have been trying to solve it for months. I have replaced my card twice, contact multiple branches, & was told the alert system was toned down. I just had the BEST experience with this bank! Knowledgeable staff with kindness, an empathetic heart and exceptional LISTENING skills! Did I mention they know their "stuff"? My on-barding process was phenomenal even though had a few hiccups to work through. 10/10 experience!
I love having fraud committed with my account then getting stuck in an infinite loop with their automated system. Tried to report suspicious activity with my card but since it's after hours I guess I just need to let them steal my money :)
Would highly reccomend using any other bank than NVB, not only do they never help with customer service issues, but they close a 10+ year account, for no reason, with no notice. Overall terrible experience. 0/10.
