This bank used to be good up until recently. Unfortunately, the people who work at this branch don't seem to really care or pay attention to anything. I requested a simple statement, and I was given the wrong statement to the wrong account, and not to mention the other mistakes and the malfunctioning app that never works most of the time. I called the branch to voice my complaint, and the person in charge seemed not to care. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
