I was having some technical difficulties with my Noble App. I made a call to the Oxford Branch of Noble Bank. Sydney answered the phone and her action taken to fix my problem was professional, kind and patient! After several attempts to fix the issue over the phone; she asked me to come by the office at my convenience and she would look at it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Noble Bank in Oxford! They are 100% a customer service oriented bank. Not only do they offer free checking/savings accounts, which is extremely hard to find these days, they also go out of their way so that the customer doesn't have to. Tammy and Madilynn have been phenomenal to work with so if you are looking for a bank in Oxford, AL I HIGHLY recommend Noble Bank & Trust!
