Disgusting facility, the staff doesn’t care and if they do get a good worker, the bad workers rally against them because they don’t want to do their job which is why a hostile work environment is caused for the good worker. High overturn rate for a reason. They have no idea how to do their job or in the correct sequence. The residents are neglected. Facility is terrible and the state needs to pay them a surprise visit. My brother was in a room all by himself at the end of a long and smelly hallway not 10 feet away from two workers who were cutting boards with an electric saw because they are doing renovations. There was not a nurse anywhere and only a med tech and cleaning aid when we arrived. My brother spent his last day and maybe more days in that deplorable atmosphere.
