The renovations are nearly complete, and the building looks absolutely amazing. The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly caring and attentive to every resident. I love hearing everyone’s stories—it truly feels like family here.

I am a resident at elevated Estates I have been here for 7 days and I cannot find one thing to complain about the food is excellent restaurant quality and the staff is remarkable Amanda Medical in charge it's so compassionate to all of our needs the rooms are exactly Hotel Apartments and I cannot find one thing to whine and complain about I would recommend this place to my own mother

Please do not put anyone you love in here. We have gone through bedbugs, scabies, leaking windows, an elevator that works off and on that gets fixed by the handyman and barely edible food. The only brightness in this facility is a couple of med techs and Ms Penny at the front desk.

Absolutely terrible! The horrible conditions, staff, and everything about this place should get a negative rating. TBH it should be closed. I feel for the patients that have to live here

I have relative that is there they are very plesant and the help there is very special and always very plesant to talk with. The place is very good to all there patients. The director of nursing is very plesant and great with all her staff. I look forward to going there to visit my relative.
