Sold some games to them for credit, super easy and they pay for shipping. Got some other games with the credit, including a copy of the Everdell Complete Collection. It was missing a few pieces, which was disclosed on the page. However, it was missing quite a few pieces necessary to play. I contacted them about it, and they immediately sent a replacement copy out. It was a better copy, not missing any pieces, and including sleeves and extra cosmetic items. Sold my brother an old edition of a rule book and he did not find out until after the return period. why were they selling an old old rule book that did not help him.

Using my credit from the trades I'm able to buy hard to find copies of games and have them shipped to my house at frankly incredible speed. Purchased a boardgame from their website. Nowhere did it indicate it would be a used copy. What I received is terrible quality and disgusting left overs from a previous owner. Ill be sending it back for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.
