My $2500 cast aluminum dining set contained a chair that collapsed with my 150 pound neighbor in it last night. The aluminum leg just bent and sheared sending them to the ground. Fortunately they weren't hurt. I talked to Home Depot who sent me to Noble House customer support who told me that they warranty the product for 90 days. 90 days?! My advice is to buy a different brand and buy from Costco.

We purchased outdoor table and chair set thru Home Depot end of Dec 2023. Waited a month to put together and almost right away started to look warn. Now is totally warped and faded with splinters. Talked to company rep said only would warranty 90 days. This table has only been up for 6 months and is now junk. Shame to promote outdoor product and not stand behind it for at least a year. Will never buy product with Noble House Furnishing on it again or from Home Depot

Worst customer service ever!!!! I purchased a furniture bundle in 2020 from OkiOki. They have been purchased by Noble House Furnituee. The support leg on the corner of the bed I bought striped. I called to see about getting a replacement, which is available. My warranty is expired, so they can’t send me one. Fine, but can I purchase one? No. We aren’t set up for that. Are you serious??? Tough luck? That is how you run a business? Unbelievable. You might want to read your “Core Values”
