Great company to work with until we paid the account in full. My husband and I paid our account in full in November. My husband pulled his credit report today and Noble has plunged his credit score 28 points for reporting as LATE. Last month it reported as PAID and now they changed it to LATE. Beware of this company- we are now disputing the account status through Experian and thinking about obtaining an attorney. They will ruin your credit, even after you pay them off!!!! We are contacting Noble on Monday as well.
Dillon is extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. When he left a message on my voice mail he was curt and short and rude. He has terrible phone etiquette.
