Someone I know went in to apply for a loan and when we were done we were told by the lady we assume is the manager that Emily had told her who we were.she knows nothing about us other than who we are. I would expect your employees to respect applicants privacy and discretion...at least in their presence. I will not refer anymore friends to this place at least as long as she's employed by your company.
