Absolutely do not recommend this archaic bank, they are holding $7200. from us for 9 days. Which is a against Baking laws. The Law clearly states on any large deposit over $5,000 in one day; by the 1st Business $200 should accessible, 2nd $600, $4800 by the 3rd and the total remainder by the 7th business day. By the 2nd business day still not one penny was available to us. I made an appointment for 9:30am, at 9:50 I left. They didn’t see me but text messaged me confirming that I was seen and ask for a rating . well my rating is 0 for customer service. my time is very important, hence the appointment.

They treat you with the best customer service and you can tell they actually care and work with you and try to help out as much as the can. RecommendedThe service was fast and friendly. I felt comfortable the whole time. I went in to refinance my car and unlike my original bank, they actually talked to me in person instead of having me call a number or "just apply online", which is great. I went in on a Friday and got approved by Tuesday. I had to open an account with them, which was very simple and they just have so much more to offer than just a checking or savings account. I'm glad I made the transition to Noble.
