I recently had a full body massage that was unfortunately quite disappointing. I was initially told that the massage would be 30 minutes long with the option to extend to an hour if desired. However, during the session, my masseuse Maggie informed me that she could only extend it by 15 minutes, not an hour as previously stated. To add to the disappointment, my feet were completely ignored during the massage.
