Irma the person who helped fill my taxes made various errors on my taxes and now I’m dealing with back and forth issues with the IRS. I reached out for help five days in a row. I did not hear back from her. I paid $150 to get my taxes done with her. Not worth it ! [It’s very annoying that you were able to reply to a review but not my actual calls and texts.
