Requested a consultation to become a new customer. They never called me back. When I followed up by phone, the phone system was out of order. When I followed up by email, the manager responded very matter of factly and unapologetically. Not impressed.
Janet was very attentive and expedient in preparing my taxes in 2016. I would definitely recommend her company as they used exemptions that would help me to receive a refund and their tax preparation fee was reasonable compared to other companies I've used in the past. Everyone in there office was friendly, positive, helpful and communicated beautifully with me through out the whole process! A special thank you goes out to you and everyone that helped out!

Janet Noack is absolutely the VERY BEST. I love doing business with her company. Very professional. They make live so simple. Anyone who attempts to do their taxes without professional help needs to reconsider and instead they need to hire Janet and her company to do all the work for them.
