Absoultey awful service!! Sent so many emails with no replies. Order a bed and mattress and only recieved the bed, have emailed numerous of times and no reply!

AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE! Our large white tv unit arrived and the screws weren’t adequate enough to support the legs and weight of the unit. As soon as we stood it up it collapsed with all legs breaking out the bottom and the unit is completely damaged. After a few back and forth emails it was either £35 refund or box the whole unit up to send it back. They eventually agreed to send us replacement parts which arrived today but they’ve send us replacement parts in grey which is of no use. Now trying to get hold of them becaus... read more
Ordered bunk bed for kids over a week ago. Delivery comfirmed. Kids old beds broken down and disposed of. Then despite recieving confirmation of the delivery time on the actual day of delivery we received email saying product was out of stock. Company are a shambles. What was delivered you ask? They still sent the mattress for bed we dont have. 2 very disappointed children who are now sleeping on the floor. The only good thing to say is, at least the refund was proactive.
I ordered a Texas High Sleeper Cabin Bed and Ari Trundle Mattress from Noa & Nani on 8th July for my daughter — over £300 spent — and I still haven’t received the full order. I emailed straight after ordering to ask if I could pay for next-day delivery and was told no, but assured it would arrive by the end of that week. Fast forward 11 days: the courier has lost one of the boxes and refuses to deliver the others until all three are located.
