I don’t know if they’ve been taken over by new management but they definitely used to be better than this. Today I went in for a 40min neck, shoulders and back oil massage and got an old guy (who spent 35 of the 40mins doing his only unimpressive and useless 3 signature movements on my back and got less than 5mins on my neck and shoulders collectively which was bizarre movements that served absolutely no purpose. Flat out refused us service 1.5hrs before closing. My wife asked for a massage and said we'll be back in 10-15mins, he said no problems. My father-in-law went back first (as all 4 of us wanted to get a massage) and he said that he needed an appointment ?! Either sexist or racist. There were 2 of them just sitting on their phones in a very quiet centre for about an hour. Their loss.
