My 70-year-old mother went shopping at this supermarket and bought quite a few items, including a 20kg bag of rice. Because of her age, she couldn’t lift it into the car by herself, so she kindly asked two young employees for help. Both refused — one said she had back pain, and the other claimed it was too heavy for her. It was truly disappointing to see this lack of basic assistance, especially toward an elderly customer.
