The very kind and expert staff at "No Wires Now" literally "saved our bacon." We had bought a GIANT (98") TV at Costco Online, which was delivered perfectly. Supposedly, that included free wall-mounting by one of their (unfortunate) subcontractors, but those CLOWNS kept rescheduling us -- for over a week. Luckily we FOUND and called "No Wires Now" in Medford -- and THE SAME DAY they sent two excellent technicians AND their supervisor (Cheriesse), who worked hard to get that huge TV out of the box and safely up on the wall. No Wires Now provides the most EXCEPTIONAL and personal service! I can't think of another business that is more helpful, friendly and professional with better customer service than we were provided with by Cheriesse and Nery! Although we had problems with the providers themselves, they both went our of their way to make sure everything was resolved - even though they had to stay late to do so.
