NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They moved my elderly mother 2 miles from a 2 bedroom apartment to a first floor storage unit. They did not listen to her requests about what she wanted at the front of the storage unit. They were rude - demanding payment through an uncommon faulty app BEFORE the move was complete. They threatened to take her belongings if she didn't pay them immediately. They left their truck unlocked and unattended. I just had No Pain Moving help me load my rented ****** truck to get me on my way to another state. Mr ********, who is the owner, was personally involved and was outstanding to work with. He was polite, professional, personable, and had a good sense of humor. I had to change the scheduled packing several times and he always responded in a positive way. His helpers were also pleasant, polite, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone I know with the highest rating available.

Contracted for 2 small moves and 1 large move. First two moves went well. Third move they were a no show in July heat with a full moving truck we had. They double booked (I had a written email and text confirming date/time and a verbal confirmation on move #2 for the third one) and the owner, Eric, didn't care. He called it miscommunication but everything was in writing so he just made a mistake or didn't care. It was in the 90s and it was just myself and friend with furniture and a full truck and it made a 2.5 hr move into ... read more
