Disappointed, booked an early 8am appointment as going overseas in afternoon. Arrived on time through peak hour traffic, to find double booked, even as had booked a week earlier. Not receptionist fault as she only had me as booked so must have been therapist. Couldn't reschedule or change to Greenslopes. Had to go back home again through traffic, problem unresolved.
