Back in 2022 Doctor Firouzi put my Nexplanon in my arm at Arrowhead Womans Center in Arizona. Now, in 2025 i'm being told I need an X Ray and Surgery to get it removed... My current pcp stated, "who ever out this in has certainly never taken one out." I was put in backwards and extremely deep... Absolutely ridiculous. Im disappointed that I trusted him with something a woman should've done, but now I know. If you want things done sloppy and incorrect please go see Doctor Firouzi.
