I got my Ridstar q20 e bike their with a flat tire and they did the service very quickly and at a very good price
Hate to write this review but I had the worst experience at this bike shop. Which absolutely sucks because I have been to their other location in doral, multiple times, where the customer service is great, everyone's friendly but at this gables location? They all, including the bike mechanic, need some training. I brought my bike in last week because it had a flat. First they said the service for both wheels & 2 tubes wouldn't be more than $120 - the service ended up being $200. The price is fine but why say $120 and then ch... read more
