Went to kirsty a couple of months ago with a muscle strain. 1 45 min session and felt the pain ease over the next day. Couldn't thank kirsty enough, visiting her made sure I didn't miss work as well.
I highly recommend kirsty for anyone who is looking to get a massage done, this was my first time getting a massage and i was feeling a bit nervious to begin with as i didnt know what to expect but kirsty made me feel at ease and definitely relaxed throughout the session, feeling so much better after the sports massage and i will 100% be going back, thanks again kirsty ☺️
