Tyler was fantastic? He explained everything to me hooked up my t. V laptop and coordinated it with the phone. I am no techie, but he was so nice the whole time he was patiently working with me. I already had youtube TV on my phone so we just switched it over to the large TV. Tyler very competent !

I rarely leave reviews unless the service is either above and beyond or comically bad. I work from home therefore internet is a necessity. Called in and request a transfer of service before moving into a new home. I was told the next available date was two and a half months out. Shocked, I asked “what’s the hold up” and they said there wasn’t enough technician’s to do this kind of work. I want to give the biggest shout out to Andres our installer. He was so patient, knowledgeable and respectful. He meticulously explained the install process which I was apprehensive about initially . Our system so far is working great and hopefully will continue. We are not in a good location for any of the other internet services so we are hoping this internet will work consistently. Again Andre is the best and a wonderful reflection of NM Surf.
