If you ever have a problem with their service, they will always bill you for the problem, even if their equipment fails, they bill you. They take no reasonability for anything. I have 7 sites with them and can't wait to replace them!
Beware of this un-ethical company. I signed a one year contract and they never could supply internet good enough for streaming or zoom calls. I upgraded to faster service and it still didn’t work. After dealing with this for almost three months, I asked to get out of the contract. Instead of trying to work with me, they simply turned me over to a collection agency.
NMSurf provides excellent internet and technical service along with having a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I highly recommend NMSurf to anyone and everyone looking to get fast and stable internet service in Santa Fe and the surrounding area.
Tyler was fantastic? He explained everything to me hooked up my t. V laptop and coordinated it with the phone. I am no techie, but he was so nice the whole time he was patiently working with me. I already had youtube TV on my phone so we just switched it over to the large TV. Tyler very competent !
I rarely leave reviews unless the service is either above and beyond or comically bad. I work from home therefore internet is a necessity. Called in and request a transfer of service before moving into a new home. I was told the next available date was two and a half months out. Shocked, I asked “what’s the hold up” and they said there wasn’t enough technician’s to do this kind of work.
