Extremely condescending when asking basic questions. I needed a few questions answered and had planned to bring in my return to have a professional complete it and see if I missed anything. The person I spoke to repeatedly cut me off and spoke to me like I was a first time filer. When I called they answered simply "hello " and I had to ask if I had the correct number. That level of unprofessional behavior speaks volumes about the operation they run. Needless to say I won't be a client and would strongly suggest avoiding this... read more
