When I started with Dr. Chaves I was so hopeless. I had been experiencing 10 out of 10 tailbone pain. I tried literally everything with very minimal relief. Working with Dr. Chavez hugely improved my quality of life! After giving birth, I had severe symptoms that impacted my daily activity and prevented me from returning to exercise. Dr. Chavez is a miracle worker!! I had significant pelvic floor issues, including incontinence while running and laughing, prior to seeing Dr. Chavez. Of note, I saw a different pelvic floor PT at a larger institution in town and found those sessions to be useless. My experience with Dr. Chavez was a world of difference! After working together for a couple years (through a pregnancy and postpartum), I'm able to live day to day life without incontinence!
