Zero stars! The wife and I booked an appointment a week in advance to have our taxes prepared with Nancy. We arrived on time for our appointment and entered the foyer. The only hello we received was from another customer leaving. The receptionist never acknowledged us at all as we sat ourselves down in the waiting area.
