Shockingly incompetent and extremely rude staff: the front desk, PAs, medical records, and patient coordinator. Dr. Rudolf and Daniel the technician are very good, but this entire office as a whole should be closed. The list is too long for a review, but the incompetence and disregard is so appalling, it would qualify for malpractice if it could.

It took several months out to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait! I had two phone contacts and the desk check in prior to my visit. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Crystal escorted me to the exam room, started my chart, and let me know what to expect on this initial visit, taking extra care to put me at ease! If I could give them a zero I would. Dr Michael Lewiecki is rude and says innapropriate comments. I did care for his bedside manner at all. His medical care is lacking and not thorough. I am now seeing someone else. The MA, front desk, and person who does prior auths does not return calls after multiple attempts requesting a return call. It is very disappointing the way patient care is here. I have come here for over a year and and a half and no treatment only tests. The most disappointing issues from my care here was my exp... read more
