The third ATM that I’ve been to in metro that is out of service. As a credit union member this is unacceptable and instead I was forced to pay fees at a different bank to access my money after hours. I’ll be switching banks asap.

I have been with this bank for a long time and have given them many chances to get things right. I have reached a breaking point however now that they have lost my e-transfer to another account, failed to send me the cheques that I have ordered for 4 months straight, and made it far too complicated to even apply for a credit card. This bank is far too much stress for the services that they provide. Do yourself a huge favour and bank elsewhere.

I’ve been banking with NLCU for over 20 years. This is a terrible bank. Just had a meeting set up to create my son an account and I asked before hand how much it would be (I had to invest $100 when I created mine) and they said $5 I specifically asked would I have to invest the $100 for him to create an account and staff told me no. He is a youth and a student so it would only be $5. I said great and booked an appointment to come in and open his own account. The staff is not knowledgeable, and they do not help you, just waste your time, and give you more headache. Specially Shana-Key does not know the basic rules of loans or investment and is set there as an advisor.
