I went to see Nicola during a difficult period in my life with a few issues I wanted to address, including a long-term fear of flying. Working with Nicola was a wonderful experience. I left every session feeling elated and empowered. The first time I flew after hypnosis I positively bounced through the airport and on to the plane. Nicola gave me tools for life that I am constantly referring to and I know will continue to use in the future. I cannot recommend her services highly enough.

Honestly the perfect counsellor for me. Knowledgeable but also a real human, with life experiences and humour. The best investment I have made in myself and I couldn't recommend Nicola more.

I highly recommend Nicola. I found it so easy to talk to Nicola and open up about my experiences and what I wanted help with. I never felt judged only ever validated and supported. Nicola helped me in so many more ways than what I originally thought I needed to overcome and I can honestly say she has supported me in changing my life for the better. I highly recommend Nicola, she is the most friendly caring therpist you will ever come across, she has so much time for her clients and nothing is to much trouble, i found it so hard to talk and trust anyone but with Nicola it was so easy she never judged me, and i found it so easy to trust her, i can't stress how much Nicola has changed my life very highly recommend x

Nicola was brilliant in helping me overcome my anxiety. The tools and techniques we went through have stayed with me years down the line. She instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable to open up and talk.
