I've used njb in past I've found a cheaper chartered accountant and process was faster done on the day and consideredly cheaper..but for an agent of njb be rude and call me wrong/liar is very unprofessional..then to keep stating I'm wrong..glad I've switched I'd advise ppl to stay clear njb taxback nearly £400 per year to been abused
Had major problems with an investigation into my return .. nik dealt with my problems efficiently and professional engaging with me every step of the way and was a impressive help helping me with 2 years of tax returns would highly recommend
