First time in a bus in NJ, I have to go to New York and took the 123 with the number 5809, the card machine for payment is working but with a paper on it, and the driver so rude as the bus owner told me that I have to buy the ticket by the app, and he signed the place where I have to sit to do the process. I think in the worst places around the world has a better service!

Why cant NJT get anything right, they don’t even have excuses anymore they just like it is what it is you guys are dragging New Jersey to the ground
The Christmas/New years holiday season from hell are you guys collecting every month to provide a horrible delayed canceled or just poorly managed service because whether it’s a train or bus it’s just a piss job… train delaying 40 minutes when it says in route then says its delayed for another 50 mins???? Stop holding us hostage with this garbage services. Chicago better, Tokyo better, Toronto better you guys suck stop collecting a check and get the work done make people just buy a car and due away completely with this garba... read more
