Overcharged for simple single person income tax filing, came up with a random number, didn’t check my bank statements as I make cash. The IRS flagged me, did not return my tax refund as they want proof of income (ex. bank statements). I called him to try to fix this situation. Made an appointment, rushed after work only to find the office closed and no one answering my calls/texts.
