I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma that was sold as a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Immediately upon noticing the damage the next day, I began efforts to try and seek a remedy for this situation from the dealership. This included contacting the salesperson, used car sales manager, dealership general manager, dealership corporate customer relations representative, and Toyota corporate customer relations.
