Since starting physical therapy, my pain has improved a lot, and I finally feel like I’m on the right track. The reception and manager ensure that there aren't any conflicts with appointments and inform you of any updates promptly. The physical therapist, massage therapists, and other medical staff make sure you are in a comfortable environment. They're motivated to get you better and to help you feel relief from pain. Everyone is friendly, polite, and professional. They provide the utmost care and support in your recovery journey. They open Saturdays and past 5pm on some weekdays which is a huge plus for FT working people! What we appreciate the most is their flexibility and communication.
