Eric is extremely knowledgeable & sold his practice well. Several clerical errors starting with the engagement letter; lack of attention to detail is not the best quality for attorney related services. VERY slow response time to questions/emails & on more than one occasion, emails were "missed." Constant need for follow-ups, which was frustrating given the cost of services.
An excellent firm for anyone needing with elderly parents in need of estate planning and legal assistance.
Elder Care law is a confusing and complicated issue. With all the federal and state laws and regulations, it is no place for amateurs. I can't imagine trying to navigate the morass of laws and elder living contracts without a competent lawyer by your side.
