So im not a patient but a few days ago one of their traveling nurses took a picture of my front door! I called and filled a complaint today but to my surprise I saw him again on my Ring doorbell walking past my door!! When he took a picture I confronted him and he didn't deny it! Does not treat their employees with respect, definitely not how a company should treat their staff!! I’d give zero stars if I could.
They have been our partner in managing my son's complex medical needs. He has a rare genetic disorder that requires daily nursing care and frequent medical interventions. They have given him the kind of care that is perfect for his condition. I am happy to see that my son feels comfortable and secure having them around. This makes me think that we made the right choice from the very start.
