I've been calling their office, regarding the YDC case. When calling in I've been assisted by Sarah who has gone above and beyond to get me in touch with a human no matter how long it takes, instead of just trying to reach them once and sending me to voicemail which I greatly appreciate since I cant stand voicemail. I wish all receptionists were as persistent as Sarah. She is such a blessing always sweet kind caring and compassionate.
Called law firm asking if they would take my case. Explain the situation. Was told they would forward to lawyer. It’s been 6 weeks and nothing! I have called several times in between but no answer if they would take case! Instead of blowing me off a simple “no” not interested would be the professional way of handling it! I have never know a business that doesn’t like revenue! Would highly recommend you seek other representation other than this unprofessional law firm!
This is a very diligent law firm. They fought hard to get me out of prison via Compassionate Release Motion. I was under extreme duress by the BOP's response to COVID inter alia and these guys went above and beyond to get me early release. Although they didn't win my case, they gave it their all.
