The customer service seemed apathetic and extremely loud every time someone was denied a loan or whatever they were there for. It seemed very embarrassing for each person leaving and I found that to be extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not run proper credit checks even though they approved me I felt their process was "sketchy" and I did not leave feeling safe of where I gave my information.
