Worst customer service over the phone my husband has ever received. Bridgette and another employee berated him, raised their voice and eventually hung up on him. I’ve banked with Niverville credit union for 25+ years and never have I or my husband been treated as poorly as we were this evening. Sad to say I will be looking at different banks/ Credit Unions now. The Steinbach branch doesn’t treat you the way Landmark or Niverville branch does.
