I’ve been going to Nitro-G for about 3 weeks now, and love it. The staff is so friendly and explains everything to you in case you have any doubts about putting your body into a tube where the temperature reaches -200° F. I just had my left knee replaced, and I gained 8° of motion the first week when my physical therapist measured my range of motion. Can’t recommend giving this a try enough, you won’t regret it!
