One word HORRIBLE. They truly, don't care, and will hire anybody. As a NISD tax payer yall sux. I don't know who you got working there. I really do feel like y'all don't know what y'all are doing. Y'all can't coordinate these routes right Y'all can't fit the right bus drivers with special needs, kids. I know that there's bus drivers that have been there forever. I don't understand why they can't switch with them. When this poor old bus driver that's 115lbs has a big ass route and they can't split it into 2 or get another bus... read more

Yall suck cause yall always take to dang long and what r u short on bus drivers like hire more cause im here freezing in the winter and sweating like im in the dessert in the spring or summer whatever like come on now do better Nisd transportation
Don’t send your kids to ride the bus they have a bunch of old employees driving who can’t see the road or hear what’s happening on the bus.
