Do yourself a favour and read the one star ratings first before making an appointment here. I really wanted to love this place because we were there celebrating my sister’s birthday. The three of us booked the Japanese head spa with a facial, and the bill came to $880 before tip. My esthetician was kind, and I did feel relaxed after the treatment. I went with my sister's for the Japanese head spa and facial combo. My lady (Teagan) was amazing and I did truly feel relaxed and my skin felt amazing. My sister (who we took for her birthday) didn't have quite the same experience. Since they don't have a receptionist the lady doing her service (the owner was her esthetician )had to keep leaving the room during treatment to answer the door and phone (5 times) When you are paying the price we did ($880 for the 3 of us, without gratuity that was extra on top) I feel that using... read more
