Angela at Nirvana Hypnotherapy has done an amazing job at helping me combat my Anxiety and Self Esteem issues. Her techniques help you leave feeling at ease, refreshed and ready to take on life again. The hypnotherapy & reiki has helped me learn to cope with stress and help me see things in a different light.
