I scheduled and paid for the Ultimate Nirvana pedicure. The tech did not do the intensive callus removal as listed in the description. When I complained via email to the owner, the tech lied about doing it and the owner pretty much blew me off. I used to like this place because of the location and they did a decent job, but I won’t be back. There are several better options in town!
Wonderful experience. Got brows and lip wax with Morgan. She’s amazing and really gentle with the wax and they have really good customer service. Definitely recommend.
