Purchased a used welder from a friend. Guys at Nippon Sanso set me up with everything I needed to get set up to run gas and begin welding like a pro. They know their stuff.
Funniest part is bad reviews got many likes, while what sounded like ok reviews don't have any likes🫣 This only means that bad reviews are accurate🧐
The first time I came to Matheson Gas Supplies, I was very lucky to meet the owner. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. His staff were also very kind and provided great customer service. They didn’t have the gas I needed in stock, but the owner took the time to call other stores and helped me find it. I truly appreciate his effort and dedication to helping customers. He is a business owner with a great heart and excellent service. Thank you so much!
Genuinely the worst customer service I have experienced with a vendor in my entire career. Slow, non responsive and unhelpful. Use any other vendor for your air gas needs.
You'll find better customer service at an MVD run by literal zombies. Just go to Airgas instead.
