We have worked with Matheson for over 2 years, and it has been awful the entire time! They promise one price, then send a bill for a lot more, then when you try to talk to the manager who promised the price(Ron Giles) he says he will take care of it, but never does. We even took the time to create a spreadsheet showing all of the promised vs actual charges to the manager, and again he said he would fix it but never did. Extremely accommodating! I am a very rural clinic with rather low volume of need and they were willing to take me on as a client. Very pleased with their service.

Absolute garbage place to do business. No respect or common courtesy towards the customer just excuses. Trucks are late or won't show up at all.

Have had to stop and get 100g of nitrogen here a handful of times throughout 2019. It takes 30minutes inside just to get paid, longer if there’s more than one customer, and checked out. And at least another 30 minutes for them to load the trailer. They dilly dally, at a snails pace. Not pleased with Matheson. I’ll be looking to buy bulk nitrogen elsewhere.
